Vacancy Details

A total of 572 vacancies have been announced across various RBI offices including Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur & Lucknow, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi and Patna.

Vacancies are distributed among SC, ST, OBC, EWS and General categories, along with reservation for PwBD and Ex-Servicemen.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

The candidate must be:

  • A citizen of India, or
  • A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
  • A Tibetan refugee (before 01 January 1962), or
  • A person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries.

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 25 years

Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules:

  • SC/ST – 5 years
  • OBC – 3 years
  • PwBD – up to 15 years
  • Ex-Servicemen – as per rules

Educational Qualification

  • Candidate must have passed 10th Standard (SSC/Matriculation) from a recognized board.
  • Graduates and higher qualified candidates are NOT eligible.
  • Candidate must be an undergraduate as on 01 January 2026.
  • Knowledge of local language of the applied State/UT is mandatory.

Basic Pay: ₹24,250 per month
Pay Scale: ₹24,250 – ₹53,550
Approx. Gross Salary: ₹46,000 per month
